Is the free plan actually free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 10 testimonials, one request form and one public wall of love, with no expiry date. It is not a trial that flips into a subscription: stay under those limits and you never pay.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You sign up with an email address or with Google, with no card, no sales call, no contract. A card is only required the day you decide to move to a paid plan yourself.
Do my customers need an account to leave a testimonial?
No. You send one public link by email, Slack or WhatsApp. Your customer records a video or types an answer from their phone in about two minutes, without creating anything.
How do you handle customer data and privacy?
Publication consent is collected explicitly in the request form before anything goes live, and nothing is published without your approval. Testimonials and media files can be deleted at any time, and payments run through an external payment provider, so no card data touches Plausa.
