By using Plausa you accept these terms. Plausa is an online service for collecting and publishing customer testimonials.

Accounts

Accounts are personal. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
The Business plan allows team seats; the account holder remains responsible for their actions.

Plans and quotas

The free plan is capped on testimonials and walls. Paid plans bill monthly or yearly, with no lock-in.
Hitting a quota blocks new testimonials; already published content stays online.

Content and publishing

You confirm you have consent from every person whose testimonial you publish, and that the content is authentic.
Fabricated testimonials and unlawful, defamatory or misleading content are prohibited and lead to suspension.
AI polishing fixes form, not meaning: final approval is always yours.

Availability and liability

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
Plausa's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid over the previous twelve months.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from billing; paid access runs to the end of the current period.
Serious breach of these terms may lead to suspension without refund.
