One wall per brand, not one wall per agency
Every account gets its own public wall, logo, colours and shareable URL. Two competing clients never share a page, and nothing leaks between accounts.
For agencies
Agencies collect proof twice: for the client, and for the retainer pitch that wins the next one. Rebuilding a testimonial module on every site you ship, chasing your client's customers by hand, and juggling one tool per account is unbillable time. Plausa keeps collection, approval and publishing in one dashboard, with your agency's name on the output.
White-label, team seats and API are on the Business plan at $49.99/month, extra seats $9/month.
A deliverable should not look like it came from someone else's SaaS. Four things decide that in agency work.
Every account gets its own public wall, logo, colours and shareable URL. Two competing clients never share a page, and nothing leaks between accounts.
On Business, the Plausa mention disappears from walls and embeds. The testimonial block on your client's site reads as part of the build you delivered.
Account manager, copywriter, developer: each gets a seat, and every approval is attributed. No more shared login in a pinned message.
The REST API and webhooks create forms, pull approved testimonials and feed the sites you ship — including the starter theme you reuse from client to client.
Budget half an hour for the first account and about ten minutes for each one after that.
Every submission keeps its original wording next to the polished version, so a client can always check what their customer actually wrote.
Pick the model that matches how you already bill.
The testimonial wall ships with the website as a deliverable. Cheap to add, and it removes the "we'll send you quotes later" loop that delays launches.
You own collection each month: requests go out, you approve, the wall stays current. Reporting comes from the same dashboard as the rest of the retainer.
The client sees an unbranded product with their name on it. Seats let their marketing lead approve while you stay in control of setup.
All three work on one Business account; walls are billed per wall, not per agency.
Same approved testimonials, different surfaces. Choose per placement, not per project.
| Placement | Format | Why it works there |
|---|---|---|
| Home page, above the fold | Carousel | Small footprint, keeps the hero message first |
| Dedicated testimonials page | Grid or masonry | Indexable page with Review markup on its own URL |
| Pricing or checkout | Badge | Rating summary at the moment of hesitation |
| Service or case-study page | Grid filtered by tag | Only the proof relevant to that service |
| Proposals and pitch decks | Public wall link | One URL you can drop into a document |
Publishing a customer's words, face or company name needs their permission, and an agency needs to be able to prove it on the client's behalf. Every Plausa submission stores the consent checkbox, the timestamp and the original text; a customer can ask for removal at any time and you unpublish in one click. Do not write testimonials for a client, and do not edit a quote past the point where the person would still recognise it — in the UK, US, EU and Canada that is an advertising problem for your client and a reputational one for you.
Yes. Business includes ten walls, so you can run ten client brands side by side, and extra walls are $3/month each if you need more.
Not on Business: walls and widgets ship without the Plausa mention, and walls can run on a custom domain such as reviews.clientbrand.com.
Give them a seat. They approve and reply to reviews while your team keeps the forms, widgets and integrations.
The embed is a single script that renders in an isolated frame and resizes to its container, so it does not block the host page's rendering.
Yes. Submissions can be translated into English, French and Spanish automatically, and the wall serves the visitor's language.
Create a form in a client's name, send the link to five of their customers, publish the wall on their site.
