What a wall of love is and how to publish one

A wall of love is a single public page that collects the good things your customers say about you — text quotes, video clips, ratings — so buyers can read proof instead of taking your word for it. This page explains what belongs on one and how to build yours with Plausa.

Free plan: up to 10 testimonials and one wall. No card required.

What goes on a wall of love

A wall works when each item is verifiable and specific. Plausa keeps the raw submission next to the polished version, so you can always show what the customer actually wrote.

The quote, kept honest

Text testimonials arrive through a public link — no account needed for your customer. AI polishing fixes typos and cuts filler; the original stays stored and viewable in your dashboard.

Video and selfie clips

Customers can record straight from their webcam or phone. Long recordings can be cut into short captioned clips for social, with your own branding around them.

Author, role and rating

Name, role, company, photo and an optional star rating make a quote credible. Every field is optional, so people can answer in ten seconds.

Structured data for search

Plausa injects Review and Rating markup on your public wall automatically, which is what makes ratings eligible to appear in search results.

How to build one with Plausa

Four steps, no code at any point.

  1. 1. Build a request form

Add your logo, pick your brand colour, write a short intro and up to five questions. Good questions get specific answers: ask what problem they had before, not "any feedback?".

  2. 2. Share the public link

You get one link per form. Send it by email, paste it into a WhatsApp thread, or add it to your invoices. Your customer never signs up.

  3. 3. Approve what comes in

Every submission lands in your dashboard. You choose what goes public, and nothing is published until you approve it.

  4. 4. Publish and embed

Your wall gets its own public URL you can share directly, plus an embed you can drop into any site — landing page, Shopify theme, Webflow, WordPress.

Which format to use where

Same testimonials, four surfaces. Pick per placement, not per page.

Does a wall of love help SEO?

Indirectly, and only if it is a real page. A public wall on its own URL can be crawled and carries Review structured data, so ratings become eligible for rich results. An embed placed inside your own page adds credibility to that page but is not a separate URL. Plausa keeps embeds out of the index on purpose so they never compete with your real pages.

  • English, French and Spanish app and request flows
  • Language captured at collection, preserved on display
  • Every language keeps its own page, findable in Google

Frequently asked

Do I need a developer to embed it?

No. You copy one script tag (or an iframe) and paste it where the wall should appear. It resizes itself to the container.

Can I edit a testimonial?

You can publish the polished version or the original. Plausa stores both, so the customer's own wording is never lost.

What if my customers speak different languages?

Testimonials can be translated automatically into French, English and Spanish, and the wall shows the version matching the visitor's language.

How many testimonials can I collect for free?

Fifteen testimonials and one wall on the free plan. Starter removes the limit.

Can I collect video without an app?

Yes — recording happens in the browser, on desktop or mobile, straight from the public link.
